We deliver Artificial Intelligence

Consulting that turns your data into decisions — and keeps you compliant.

Anvimatics helps enterprises across the UAE and wider GCC put scattered data to work: automated workflows, AI you can trust, and reporting that stands up to a regulator. Senior people, working directly on your problem, accountable for the result.

How we work

A specialist team, not a pyramid.

Most data problems in large organisations come back to the same thing: numbers that people don't fully trust, processes that still run on spreadsheets, and reporting that gets rebuilt from scratch every quarter — increasingly against a regulatory deadline.

We work in short, defined phases and put working outputs in front of you within weeks. The people who scope the engagement are the people who deliver it — there is no layer of juniors between you and the work.

01 Understand

A focused review of your data, processes and reporting obligations, with a clear view of where the effort, the value and the regulatory risk sit.

02 Design

A practical plan — what to automate, what to measure, and the sequence that gets you there — costed against the return and the deadline.

03 Build

Dashboards, automations, AI tools and Karbon configuration, delivered in increments your team reviews as we go.

04 Hand over

Documentation, training and support so the work keeps running after we step back, rather than depending on us.

Services

What we deliver.

Automation

Process automation

RPA & workflow bots

Automating the manual, high-volume tasks that tie up your back office.

E-invoicing

Generating, validating and filing invoices in line with the UAE's e-invoicing requirements.

Data pipelines

Connecting source systems so data moves without manual extracts.

Navigation

ESG & compliance

Carbon accounting

Scope 1, 2 and 3 measurement and disclosure on Karbon, mapped to the UAE Climate Law.

Regulatory reporting

Keeping ESG, AI and data obligations mapped, current and audit-ready.

Data protection (PDPL)

Data mapping, impact assessments and the controls the UAE Data Office expects.

Value

Data & reporting

Data quality & governance

A clear read on how far your critical data can be trusted, with the ownership and lineage regulators now expect to see.

Dashboards & reporting

Management reporting that refreshes on its own, so leadership works from one set of numbers.

Operational efficiency

Reviewing where processes lose time and cost, and redesigning them around better data.

Intelligence

AI & analytics

AI agents & copilots

Tools that handle document review and repetitive knowledge work — with a human accountable for each.

Forecasting & analytics

Demand forecasting, anomaly detection and risk scoring built into your reporting.

Responsible-AI governance

AI inventories, bias and drift monitoring, and the audit trail the UAE AI Charter expects.

The compliance picture

Regulation is the one deadline you can't move.

The UAE has, in a short space of time, put real obligations around data, artificial intelligence and emissions. Meeting them isn't just about avoiding fines — increasingly it decides who wins government tenders and who qualifies for preferential green financing. We turn each obligation into a system you can actually run.

How to read this: a plain-language map of the obligations most UAE enterprises now face — and where a data, AI or ESG partner earns its keep. It's a working summary, not legal advice.
Data & privacy

Personal data protection

The PDPL sets one federal standard for how personal data is collected, used and moved. Its Executive Regulation has sharpened what "compliant" actually means, and the UAE Data Office is now active.

  • PDPLFederal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, with its 2024 Executive Regulation.
  • ScopeApplies onshore and to entities abroad handling UAE residents' data; DIFC and ADGM run their own regimes.
Full compliance by 2027 72-hour breach notice Fines up to AED 5M
Where we help

Data mapping and cross-border flow review, impact assessments (DPIAs), consent and breach processes, and the technical controls that make it real.

Responsible AI

AI governance

The UAE regulates AI through a layered framework rather than a single act: an ethics charter, data-protection rules on automated decisions, and free-zone and emirate-level oversight. The direction of travel is clearly toward binding expectations.

  • CharterUAE Charter for the Development & Use of AI (2024) — 12 principles: oversight, fairness, transparency, accountability.
  • BodiesDIFC Regulation 10, Abu Dhabi's AIATC, and the new Federal Authority for AI & Data (2026).
Human oversight expected Bias & drift checks Explainable decisions
Where we help

An inventory of the AI in use, a named owner for each system, human-in-the-loop design, and the transparency and audit trail the Charter calls for.

ESG & climate

Emissions & sustainability

Two layers now run in parallel: a nationwide climate law requiring emissions measurement and reporting, and sustainability-disclosure duties for listed companies. Both demand quantified, defensible data — not estimates.

  • ClimateFederal Decree-Law No. 11 of 2024 — mandatory GHG measurement & reporting, overseen by MOCCAE.
  • ListedSCA Governance Code (Art. 76) — annual sustainability reports for ADX/DFM-listed PJSCs.
From May 2026 Reports within 90 days Fines up to AED 2M
Where we help

Scope 1, 2 and 3 accounting on Karbon, mapped to GRI, SASB, TCFD and the Climate Law, so a year-end report becomes a routine output.

A note on scope. Anvimatics is a data, AI and ESG consultancy — not a law firm. We translate these obligations into working systems, measurement and reporting, and we work alongside your legal advisors. Exactly which rules apply depends on your entity, sector and free-zone, and the frameworks above continue to evolve, so we keep this current and confirm the specifics with you before any engagement.

In partnership with Planet Sustech

Carbon accounting on Karbon.

For ESG and emissions work, we implement Karbon — Planet Sustech's enterprise platform for measuring, managing and reporting a company's carbon footprint. It replaces spreadsheets with a governed system that connects to your ERP, utility, fleet and procurement data — the kind of defensible, primary-data measurement the UAE Climate Law now expects.

Measurement follows the Greenhouse Gas Protocol and ADEME methodologies, drawing on an extensive library of recognised emission factors, with reporting aligned to frameworks including BRSR, CDP and TCFD.

  • Scope 1, 2 and 3 accounting
  • Recognised emission-factor library
  • Reduction planning and offsets
  • Framework-aligned disclosures

What Karbon measures

SCOPE 1
Direct emissionsFuel and refrigerants — combustion, company vehicles, fugitive emissions.
SCOPE 2
EnergyPurchased electricity, steam, heating and cooling.
SCOPE 3
Value chainUpstream and downstream — suppliers, logistics, travel, sold products.

Track → Measure → Analyse → Plan → Act → Report

Standards-based measurement

Scope 1, 2 and 3 aligned to the GHG Protocol and ADEME methodology.

Faster data collection

A calculation engine built to reduce the manual effort of gathering emissions data.

Sector experience

Configurations shaped for heavy industry, energy, hospitality and manufacturing.

Emission-factor library

A broad set of recognised factors so figures hold up to scrutiny.

Reduction planning

Model interventions and offsets, and track progress toward targets.

Reporting built in

Outputs mapped to BRSR, CDP, TCFD and GHG reporting.

Achyut Anand

Founder & CEO

Achyut founded Anvimatics after more than 15 years in data and analytics consulting, most of it spent helping large organisations make better use of the data they already hold. He has worked across Deloitte, Accenture, Virtusa and CRISIL, on engagements spanning data quality, reporting, automation and analytics for clients in the GCC and beyond.

He started Anvimatics on a simple view: enterprises rarely lack ambition on data, AI or ESG — what they lack is a partner who can join those areas up, keep them on the right side of the regulations, and stay accountable for the outcome. That is the gap the firm is built to fill.

Alongside his consulting work, Achyut is an Adjunct Professor teaching AI & Data Science at the Higher Colleges of Technology (HCT) and Middlesex University in Dubai.
